"When Jen sent me a photo of the almost-ready cast, I was so grateful for the impeccable timing. That very same day I had my first post-op check-up with the surgeon and I saw my new fake boobs (without nipples) for the first time. It was a very emotional experience for me - my chest was no longer “mine”. I looked at them and cried - emotion pouring out of me from the last 6 months. I know that I will get used to this new me, but being able to see “my” chest immortalized gave me such joy and comfort - honouring my breasts for how well they have served me all these years. I am so grateful."
